Pricing

EasyRunner pricing is simple: you pay for the number of apps you host, counted across all your servers combined.

  • Up to 5 apps

    $72 billed yearly

    That's just $6 a month

or $14.40 per app a year

  • Up to 20 apps

    $144 billed yearly

    That's just $12 a month

or $7.20 per app a year

  • Up to 50 apps

    $300 billed yearly

    That's just $25 a month

or $6 per app a year

Every tier includes all of EasyRunner's features. The only thing that changes between tiers is how many apps you can host — nothing is locked behind a higher plan.

Prices are in USD. You're billed once a year, not monthly — the per-month figure is just the annual price ÷ 12, shown so it's easy to compare. We use annual billing because EasyRunner is a perpetual license: one payment covers a full year of updates.

Upgrade any time. Move up to a higher tier whenever you need more apps — you pay only the difference, pro-rated for the number of days remaining on your license term.

That's the whole model. No per-server fees. No usage metering. No surprise bills.

You pay your VPS provider directly for compute

EasyRunner doesn't resell servers. You bring your own server(s) from any VPS provider — Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Vultr, AWS, and so on — and you pay that provider directly for the compute.

Because EasyRunner's price is tied to apps, not servers, you're free to design your setup however you like:

  • Run several apps on one big server, or
  • Spread them across many small servers.

Either way, your EasyRunner price is the same.

Pick the architecture and VPS pricing that's best for you

You never have to shape your infrastructure around EasyRunner's cost. Choose the server sizes, regions, and providers that give you the best price and performance — EasyRunner stays out of that decision.

What counts as an app?

An app is one deployed application. An app can be made up of several services (containers) — for example a web UI, an API, and a background worker all count as one app.

See Apps and Services for how this works.

Perpetual license — buy once, own it

EasyRunner uses a perpetual licensing model:

  • Buy once. Your purchase includes one year of updates and upgrades.
  • Keep it forever. When the year ends, you keep using the version you have for as long as you like. There's no kill switch and nothing stops working.
  • Renew only if you want. Renew to keep getting the latest updates and new features — but it's optional.

This means no subscription lock-in. You own what you paid for.

Why this model?

  • Predictable. You know your EasyRunner cost up front, based on how many apps you run.
  • No lock-in. Switch VPS providers, resize servers, or move regions any time. Your pricing doesn't change.
  • Fair. Pay for what you actually run, not for raw compute you've already paid your provider for.
